				 Do 
				you want to lose weight, feel healthier and have fun at the same 
				time? You can with Combat Aerobics!!! Similar to kickboxing 
				aerobics, but with a Filipino Martial Arts flair, this class 
				will focus on the aerobic aspect of martial arts. 
 The primary focus is on conditioning using the proper physics of 
				motion utilized in Chinese Kenpo and the Filipino Fighting Arts. 
				This includes footwork drills, ducking, punching, kicking, floor 
				exercises, leg raises and much more. Students will be required 
				to attend an introductory class which teaches the proper body 
				mechanics for each movement. This class is mandatory.
 
 The objective of the combat aerobics is to motivate individuals 
				to believe in themselves and help them gain the confidence 
				needed to pursue and succeed in their goals. Whether it is to 
				lose weight, tone your body or increase your cardiovascular 
				conditioning, this class promotes positive thinking eliminating 
				the negative thought of "I can�t". Believing in one�s self is 
				where it begins!!!!! "I CAN and I will succeed!!!"
